The Network

Retirement of the project website

As of spring 2018, the research project is finished and this website, while it will continue to be available as a static resource, is no longer being updated or maintained.

The network database is still held by the research project but is no longer publicly available. The research project is committed to compliance with all relevant EU and Member State laws in respect of personal data, and the protection of the "rights and freedoms" of individuals whose information the project has collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). On that basis, you are entitled to have full access to the data held against your name on the database, and are entitled to have your records deleted from the database. Please communicate with the website manager [email protected] in the first instance, and your subject access request will be passed on to the manager of the research project.

A primary goal of this project is to help to forge a network of interested and engaged scholars of the history of the League of Nations.

To this end, we ask people to register themselves with us on this website, with some basic registration information which will be made available for public access.

The full alphabetical list of the network, giving basic biographical information is available on the Database page.

Registration

Thank you for your interest in registering for access to the League History website, with its special resources for researchers and policy advisors. On our Registration Page is a form asking you for information about your work and your interests, and your application will be reviewed presently by a member of staff.

Note that some of this material will be made available to other registered members of the network - have a look at the database page to see how this is displayed; however, other elements shall be held confidentially on our database and are available only within the office.
